Converse Heights
"The Converse Heights Historic District is a collection of 526 primarily single- and multi-family residential properties in the City of Spartanburg. The neighborhood is located due east of the downtown business district.
This district, which began official development as a separate neighborhood in 1907 and continued to grow through the 1950s, includes single and multi-family residential buildings in the Queen Anne, American Foursquare, Craftsman, Spanish Mission, Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, Neo-Classical, and Minimal Traditional styles."

1930'S STUCCO HOME
New Home owners purchased this home. The paint job was let go. The shutters are original highlighting the crescent moon. The homeowner wanted only a touch of decor, so we contrasted the stucco colour and highlighted the decor on the upper corbels around the windows on the dormer.

Victorian Home
This homeowner wanted to keep the colours simple with two tone. They desired something brighter and more welcoming. The results were great. The colour choice brought out the trim of the home more elegantly.

Gingerbread Home
The upper gable on this "Gingerbread" home from the early 1900's had plenty of wooden architectural features which we were able to bring out with contrasting colour.
